Working Diversity, Inc. was started by volunteers and continues to be run by volunteers. Our core competency is diversity and inclusion, and our core perspective holds that diversity and inclusion must be ethics-based. These are the cornerstones for our volunteer roles, and the means by which we account for our effectiveness and grow our skills. As for showing appreciation, we simply relish every opportunity to do so.
